DTI Tracking and Consumer Portal System
By accessing and using the DTI Tracking and Consumer Portal System, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
To access certain features of the system, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the system only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the system to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the system, to understand our practices.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and will handle it in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
We strive to maintain system availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the system.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
